Pesto is not just for pasta, try our outside the box way of using basil pesto and seasonal greens to create a lovely salad!


  • new potatoes (2 per person)
  • 1 handful green beans (top and tailed)
  • 1 handful snow peas
  • 2 tbsp. basil pesto


  1. Boil new potatoes in salted water until al-dente.
  2. Meanwhile blanche some green beans and snow peas, and when cooked, drain – and while still hot – stir through a generous couple of tablespoons of basil pesto.

Use as a side dish for an Angus Porterhouse steak with Australian Harvest’s Horseradish Mustard or simply on its own!
