Gateway Estate Aged Beef
Gateway run a small herd primarily of Angus cattle and provide their own aged beef at the farm gate. All Gateway Beef is grass-fed and free of any hormones or growth stimulants. Gateway's free-range beef is dry aged for around 2 weeks prior to cutting, and then cryovaced which provides the opportunity for a further 4 weeks of wet aging.
The careful aging and natural diet provides Gateways' Beef with outstanding flavour and tenderness.
All regular cuts are available, and we are also happy to cut to order
Whole side and quarters can also be provided
Our mince is all premium quality and free of preservatives. Our Beef and 3 Veg sauces are also gluten free
